I'm just the opposite all I have to do is look at an exercise video and I'm sweating! I guess we're all different, as long as you increase your heart rate when exercising your burning calories :D (If your worried though, go to your GP and get it checked out).

I love having home made pop corn! I bought a machine so it's air popped (its better than making it in a pan with oil/butter), and i add a few spoons of low calorie sweetener like splenda. Three cups (once popped) is roughly 93 calories :D My problem is only having three cups!

Im not doing this but have recently started running with my dog. I cant jog and tend to run like a child with my arms flapping around but aside from that im loving it! Running burns so many calories and i feel great after so yeah! Feel free to add me guys, i could do with more (British) friends :D

Also some people on here take protein shakes or protein powder that could help keep you feel full, but i haven't tried it so i don't really know. Maybe you could plan your meals a little, so before you go shopping think what you'll have for dinner and tea that coming week and make a shopping list. If your stuck for inspiration look on-line for healthy meal ideas, and if your short of time/don't like cooking make things in batches and freeze in single portions. I…

To include your ticker in your MyFitnessPal Forum posts, change the setting at this link: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/settings. Try this link i think that's how i did it. Im really bad a things like this, so sorry if im mistaken.
