It has to be something inside you that makes you totally committed. I keep taking progress photos, measurements, and only weigh in once a week. The motivation I receive from others on MFP is amazing. Keep posting and it will come!

I log my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the day so I know just how many calories I have left for dinner. I only log my exercise after I get it done.

Just remember, not every brand/company fits the same! Try not to stress about the size and focus on the weight and how far you've come.

I usually log my food in the morning on days I go to work. I add in everything so I know how many calories I have left for dinner.
