I hear ya! I had this same thought today. I'm wearing clothes that have been in the back of my closet for year and need to go shopping. I get on the scale everyday. It goes up and down, which is TOTALLY NORMAL! Your body does fluctuate each day. I only record my weight on Tuesday's.

I'm not a morning person, so I rarely do my workouts in the morning. Unless it's the weekend and we have a bunch of plans, I'll head out for a run around 6:30. I try to look at my schedule on Sunday nights and write in times to workout. With 2 kids and a husband's soccer schedules it's a little hectic and never the same…

You are not a failure! 2 pieces of chocolate does not make you gain 2 lbs. TOM and other daily weight fluctuations make the scale go up and down. Put it behind you and start a new day.

It is frustrating! I have a closet full of clothes in many sizes. I wish there was some standard sizing. I bet people wouldn't be frustrated and shop more knowing it will fit them.

Always schedule together time, and alone time. Each spouse needs to have his or her own time.

I've had to limit my wine consumption to weekends. Unless, I'm going out and have had a killer workout. I build the wine into my daily calorie allotment for the day. I also mix wine with seltzer water for more of a spritzer, and alternate glass of wine/glass of water.

The body can fluctuate 5 lbs over the course of a day! Don't worry, back on track and it will come off.

I'm currently doing the T25 workouts and have done Turbo Fire in the past. I can't say enough about either program. I love the turbo fire workouts, the kicking, punching let a lot of stress out.
