I have started the Couch to 5K uhhhh 3 times now and haven't got past week 1.... oh well. I really do hate running but this time I really want to do it.. Week 1 over. Yipee Now I go on a girls cruise tomorrow for a week, guess that means that I will start for a 4th time as soon as I return... Hoping that this challenge…

Okay here goes..... 163 this morning I really need this push to get me going this year. I will miss next week weigh in but hopefully there will be a scale where I am on vacation.. I'll record both weeks on the 20th. Good Luck everyone....

I bowl in 2 leagues on Mondays as well as lift weights with a trainer... Tues and Thurs I add a tiny bit of running with my walks: Also upped my steps to 12000 per day. Keep up the good work amsthegreat and I will catch up with you on my return.. :smile:

I really need to up my protein..... I did a DNA test to see what my micro-nutrients should be and for ME and MY body they are as follows: Carbs-55% Protein-25% Fat -20% With that said... I have a hard time keeping the fat down and the protein up. This week I will add a protein shake or bar to bring my numbers up.......…
