Fitness fridays- Today is arms day at the gym. Am I the only one that loves to do pull ups? I mean I hate them because they are so hard but I love that they leave me sore all weekend!

I currently commute but wish I had chosen to stay in a dorm but only for the independence. If you don't live too far from school and your home life is good then I vote for staying at home.

If I eat a full meal from a fast food restaurant e.g. burger fries and soda, the next day i can gain all of 6lbs :(

What I do is schedule my meals. I have 3 decent size meals and 3 snacks in between. This way I never get hunger pains and a lot of the times I find I don't eat some of the snacks. Surprisingly enough I end up eating less this way and hunger is kept at bay.

this use to happen to me too except i wudnt get nauseous i would get so dizzy i felt like i was going to faint. What i did to kind of fix the issue was adding more to my breakfast.
