I'm in too! I want to lose 10 pounds over the next three months. To accomplish my goal I want to: Cut back on alcohol to no more than one glass of wine every other day Eat more fruits and veggies Avoid eating high sodium food Thanks for the motivation.

It sure isn't easy thats for sure. I am a vegitarian runner who tries to eat vegan when possible. I need to increase my protein and iron intake.
