  • I am 5'6'' and about 245. I am aiming for 180 first, and then MAYBE 165, but I am busty as well, and feel like anything below that doesn't look right for me. I have been told I'm supposed to be around 127 but I think that would be too thin for my frame. My goals may change as I go, but for now any weight loss is good :)
  • My boyfriend was curious about paleo, can you post what a typical meal would be like? I'm glad to hear you have great results! I have read things online that say paleo is not dependable or safe in terms of weight loss.
  • I didn't like the taste at first, but if you are willing to try several brands then you may find the right greek yogurt for you. It's all I eat now. I personally love the Pineapple one from chobani. I find that the amount of fruit included in chobani is just enough to take the bite out of the greek yogurt.
