  • I sleep 7 hours per night. Workout first thing in the morning (7:30) with empty stomach. Looks like I'm the lucky one.Then I have my breakfast.
  • I started using the chin up assist instead of the chair and I saw a big difference. With the chair I was actually getting a leg workout :-)

  • Καλημέρα, με λένε Δημήτρη 40 χρονών. Προσπαθώ μέσω γυμναστικής και διατροφής να χάσω 3-4 κιλά να έρθω στα ίσια μου. Στοχεύω σε μία διατροφή 1800 θερμίδων αλλά παιδεύομαι λίγο να το μοιράσω σωστά σε πρωτείνες/λίπη/υδατάνθρακες αλλά που θά παει. Είμαι νέος στο mfp.
