So i havent quite figured out the working out thing but i think i have the food figured out... So this is how I do it. On the first day of work i wake up at 9-930 and eat breakfast, go to the gym, eat a late lunch. At about 1600-1630 I take a nap till 1730, then when I wake up and have a snack before work. I am a nurse. Just started working night shift. I'm trying to adjust my eating. I feel like I'm doing ok with eating however, I'm so tired I never want to work out! I'm about tops as far as how heavy I ever want to be. Just trying to get some advice and maybe make the scale go the other way?
