My goal is to lose 31 pounds by July 25. I have lost 3 pounds since Jan 1 and I am on track for my goal.

I usually go for a run either in the morning or after I get off work at 4pm. But tonight we had a reading thing at school and it was dark when we left so I watched football from the gazelle. Better than nothing!!!

i have been for the last year and i learned so much, I lost 76 pounds and got within 20 pounds of my goal and decided I could do it on my own. It's harder than I thought it would be.
