about 14 pounds all together and keeping it off..my goal weight is 130..but i have been having a hard time getting back there again..did it once and trying to do it again...i just cant give up.. i have to keep trying everyday and i know i will get there...a few weeks ago i had to go dress shopping and it was sooooooo bad…

i'm in..dont know if i can do 210 mins of a workout but i will just try and get my 105 in today..it seem like i cant these days with the kids home from school..but going to give it a try...:bigsmile:

that the thing my hubbie is not on any kind of weight loss and it makes it real hard on me because he is always telling me that he loves me the way that i am..BUT..i dont love the way that i look..but i do love all the advice and i'm really going to try my best not to over do it on the weekends..:happy:

i love walking.. that is how i lost all my weight and now i'm up to walking at 4.0mph and that is hard for me but i keep up and i have my treadmill at 1.5% incline to help burn more calories and i also do the same thing i run alittle to..
