Woo!! I've started and restarted more times than I would like to admit but I am currently on Day 4 (Day 5 on the program, I don't have the fit test so I skip it) and would like to have more people who are around the same Day as me so feel free to add me!

I do about 30-75 minutes of cardio everyday depending on if I am pairing Insanity with my gym workout. But I never just run the whole time, I like to do Intervals of fast walking on incline to jogging to sprinting. I get bored easily lol

Just make sure you eat clean, or mostly clean! And take your measurements & progress pictures. I've only lost 5 pounds in a month but my measurements and pictures have changed quite a bit!

People wear hoodies on the treadmill when they run because they sweat more with it on. tamson72: my advice is to just go at your own pace and you will be able to do it! You may have to stop but the important part is to keep going and it does get easier the more you do it regardless of your fitness level. You can do it!

I use the Polar FT4 and it's amazing. If you really want an accurate count, go for something with a chest strap instead of wasting money and ending up buying a different model later.

I use the Polar FT4 & I love it! I know sooo many people who use various models of Polar and they all have the chest strap. Don't get one without the chest strap because you won't get an accurate count.

I was going to start it yesterday but I went out of town so I'm starting it tonight! I don't have the fit test so I will be starting with Plyo! I've done it a few times but stop just before recovery week so I'm determined to finish this time.
