I would highly recomment interval training. You alternate between high intensity and low intensity, such as 30 sec high then 1 min low. During those 30 seconds push yourself really really hard. Then go back to a normal workout pace to catch your breath. Do not take it easy per se, but take it down to a manageable pace.…

One of my favorite breakfasts is: 3 egg whites, salsa, black beans + you can add other veggies if you like or a little brown rice. I love brown rice in general. I like to cook a bunch of it.
