I did so well during week two. My starting weight for this challenge was 172 during the first week and 169 during the second so a 3 pound loss. Good Morning all, Hope everyone has a good day today, it's a new day so anything that didn't go right yesterday is in the past and we all start anew today. Shari - I wouldn't worry about going over the count too much, we all do once in awhile, and like you said it was real food and not junk food.

Just started C25K today, did w1d1 on the treadmill. (don't think i'd feel comfortable doing it outside), besides to have a watch to track the timing.
