When you get below 200lbs (199lbs or lower) you have reached Onederland because the number now starts with a one!

You worked really hard to get where you are and you should be proud. If you fit that size, you are that size. There is no such thing as a 'real' size 2. And even if your legs are bigger, you've been working out, some of that is muscle. Bad comments can be really hard to shake, especially from people close to you. Just try…

I don't pretend to have much experience with this, but this thread http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/23912-links-in-mfp-you-want-to-read-again-and-again links to several article written by people who know what they're talking about and it could answer your question.

Hey, First off, great job! That is a lot of weight and a lot of work. I know it might not seem like it's making a difference but you are getting healthier. Have you been working out at all or just sticking to your calories? Working out, cardio and weights, is also important to getting to where you can be happy with…

I'm not over it, but I'm learning to not be dependent on it. Over the last month I've only gone up on the scale, but at the same time I can now run 20 mins at a time and I'm losing inches. I know there's progress even if the numbers don't support it. I think finding other ways of measuring your progress helps. I've been…

I agree with what a lot of people have said, when I see someone bigger working out I always kind of want to go up to them and say 'good for you!' (I don't because I feel like I would make them uncomfortable) That being said, I also have anxiety about working out in front of people. I know no one is really watching and no…

I'm looking forward to being so happy with myself and my body that I feel like I can rock anything (whither or not I actually rock it is superfluous )

My original goal was to get down to the weight on mine before I had to renew it, but it's looking like that'll be a stretch. Not sure what I'll do when I have to renew it.

I think it may kill me but I'm going to try any way. Are we meant to check back in every day?

For myself I want to be healthy and feel good about myself, but I have no idea where that is weight wise. Currently I'm aiming for the middle of my healthy BMI but if I get to 170-160ish and like the way I look and feel, I'm done. I think I'll have a better idea as I get closer.

I've done NanoWrimo the last couple of years and I'm planning on doing Camp Nano this coming April. It's a great way to train yourself into the habit of writing, even if you hate what you've written in the end you'll still know it's possible to do and easier than you think. Than comes editing :P
