Hello, I just started iJuly 20. So far I've lost 7 lbs 2 inches. My goal is to lose 40 lbs. I carry my weigh very well so when I tell people how much I weigh they are very surprised. I 'm confident that you can do it. Just keep track of your calories and remember to exercise. Philippians 4:13
