Can anyone point me in the direction (if there is one) of where you can convert your pedometer steps in the exercise database? They days are already getting shorter which means my cycling will be curtailed so I am going to start tracking my steps while I work. Thanks!

I use an app for my smartphone called sportracker. Tried Cardiotrainer but it wouldn't work with my specific phone. Sometimes use my son's old Garmin 205. All of the above are very convenient. Hope this helps.

Yep, what the other ladies said. I am in my mid fifties and was able to maintain my weight well under 130 until I gave up cigarettes in 1999. Now it is a struggle to stay under 160 but hey at least I smell better! Would love to connect with women of my own age who can shed some light on this journey we're all on.
