It would be cool to find ppl in my area that go to my gym. I need to take classes and I'm too chicken to do it alone.

SAHM mom of 1.5 The .5 is cuz my 2 yr old goes to daycare (he's speech delayed and needs speech models) and the other one is my 10 mo old daughter. I need to lose like 10 more pounds but ideally I'd like to lose 20 more. I have a lot of cute pre preg clothes I REFUSE to throw out! Add me if you like!

The pill won't make you gain weight (unless it's water weight) but it MIGHT make you have cravings. I was on the Nuvaring and while it WAS convenient, it made me very unhappy. Then I switched to the mini pill but that made me break out (but my sec drive was through the roof!). Now I'm on ortho cyclen...so far so good. Yeah…

After my first baby the weight practically melted off w/i a month or two. It's been 10mos since I had my second. I have about 20lbs to go to get to my pre-preg weight. For some reason it took awhile for me to start losing weight. Maybe with each kid it gets harder?

Me too....I mean, I want to eat all the good veggies and fruits, but it would be easier to just make them into a drink and chug. But making them into a drink...seems too labor intensive.

Oh and I heard cardio warm up for 10 mins, then strength training, then 20 mins cardio.

If you're at a calorie deficit to lose weight you should stay at your daily calorie goal regardless of how many calories you've burned doing exercise. In short, eat back your burned calories.

3 nights a week is nothing. And like you said, you'd be staying at work late if you go in the morning. The logical solution is to keep going at night and for him to suck it up for 3 nights a week. Of course you don't say "suck it up!". Just explain to him how it doesn't make sense for you to go at 4am.

I'm pretty lucky too. I mean my husband DOES enjoy his ps3 but he also works his *kitten* off to make sure I don't have to. He leaves for work at 3am and comes home often after 6pm. On the weekends if he wants to play he'll usually ask me if I'm ok with it. I'd never say no because we all need something just for ourselves…

I wish McDonald's sandwiches tasted as good as it smells. I'm always disappointed. I WANT to like it. And why can't their fries taste good 30mins after they've been fried? It's not even like they don't taste AS good...they go from tasting delicious to tasting like cardboard!

Really? I'm from Metuchen! I moved down here last year cuz of my husband's job. I miss NJ. I really miss the food. Surprisingly VA doesn't have many exceptional places to eat. The pizza here is crap!

The Soft Cups can supposedly be used during sex. I've never tried it though. Seems like it would be painful. The pink plastic rim seems pretty hard.
