You can add me I have a lot to lose and have been so unmotivated. I have been on my fitness pal for almost a year and today is my first time on the message boards, I didn't even know about this informational gem.

I do a percentage of 25% carbs, 45% protein and 30% fat . Mainly because protein keeps you full longer and helps build and repair muscle and and the more carbs you have the more your body store and turns to fat
