  • Sometimes I'll look in the mirror (like yesterday!) and only see how far I am from my goal, and then all my doubts come crushing down on me (I don't have enough time, I'm too lazy, I'm too stressed, etc). It is a nasty feeling and it's why I avoid getting my picture taken too.
