I totally feel you! It also seems so redundant to keep putting gas in my car so I can drive around town all day. I mean why do I have to keep refilling the tank each and every week??? Redundant I tell you! :laugh:

I would have scolded all of you in this thread that "judged" OP for being "judgemental", to the point that she deactivated after admitting that she binged. But... OP...I hope you just created a new account and didnt give up entirely. Some of the a$$hats around here have valid points even if the delivery sucks.

I am 5'10" and have not been 126lbs since high school. And I looked like a boy. I would love to get down to 150lbs now and look like a healthy woman. Pick up some weights and throw away your scale.

I admit that I will do a smoothie for breakfast during the week to save time. But I use Rockin' Wellness. It is full of healthy stuff and I mix one scoop with vanilla Sun Warrior, a handful of spinach, frozen strawberries and almond milk. Fills me up for a good four hours and I love the taste. Also, I am not so delusional…

My question is why you would confide in someone that you know is not supportive? Throw the PB away and get yourself some powdered PB (PB2, Just Great Stuff, etc)

I use Sun Warrior. It's raw vegan, non-GMO. I mix it with my Rockin' Wellness, spinach, almond milk and frozen strawberries. It's my favorite meal of the day!

Scales are evil and deceitful. Never judge your progress solely on the scale. Buy a tape measure and take your measurements weekly. Take pictures. Measure your food and track everything that you put in your mouth. Watch out for processed sugars and sodium. Drink lots of water and looking into strength training, even body…

Last time I was in NYC I lost 8 pounds while I was there (10 days and ate Pizza every single day). But then I walked everywhere and almost always took the stairs at the hotel. If you really want it, you can make it work.

Did C25K. Twice. The mistake the first time was not having a set goal at the end. So the second time I did it, I actually registered for a 5K before I started. That way I HAD to finish. I ran 3 - 4 times a week and was able to run my first 5k after 8 weeks.

If 100 people rely to this you will probably get 100 different answers. I use Sun Warrior Vanilla, it is rice based. My nutritionist is not a fan of soy or whey.

Try eating real food. (I have been swapping things out slowly myself; it sucks at first.) There is a whole lot of processed junk in your diary. Track your sodium, I am willing to bet that it is well over the MFP recommended 2500.

Chia Seed Pudding! Works for me everytime. 3 tbsp chia seed 1/2 cup almond milk seal in a glass jar in the fridge for an hour or so. You can add berries or cacao power or vanilla extract to flavor it up a bit. Feel Better!

I go there too much. Way too much sodium to fit in for me on the regular. But when I do go I get 6" flatbread with egg whites, ham, swiss, tomato, spinach and avocado.

Made Chia Pudding last night for the first time. 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 3tbsp chia seeds dash of vanilla extract in a glass jar. Shake it up and put it in the fridge overnight. Easy grab and go breakfast this morning that kept me going throughout my workout. Love it!
