Your question is a bit vague. Are you looking to tone up, lose weight, or just maintain? If you are looking to tone up, I would say add some weights into your routine. If you're looking to lose weight...just make sure you're burning more calories than consuming.

I had awesome results with Insanity, even earned my shirt! I TONED up! I lost about 7 lbs total but gained tons of muscle! I lost about .5-2 inches in certain parts of my body.
