Look at how much support there is for you! Surely you're feeling good already? Feel free to add me! I'd recommend setting some mini goals breaking the weight loss into manageable achievements. It will take time but every day counts! Lots of luck x

Thanks, this sounds wise! I do eat healthy snacks regularly but I will make sure I'm not STARVING before going lol I'm also going to exercise this afternoon to burn plenty. Have to keep the alcohol to a minimum I'm afraid. :(

I'm so pleased I've lost some! Need to get this butt smaller before Christmas lol This weekend has lots of downfalls starting tonight though; Tonight going to restaurant for brothers birthday. Tomorrow, work drinks and pizza in town! Saturday, meeting up with old friend not seen in ages, hitting the town.... HELP!????

Having a bad week so far, hardly any exercise and now I am at home ill!! Weight was the same this morning though, so that's not too bad, looks like I won't have lost this week, but we can always hope for a miracle lol

A lot of them are too scared to go out there and through fear of being judged by others, such a shame. Doesn't matter how big or small, fit or unfit. and I did see a young guy who was quite overweight running the other day, and I still thought "good on him", for getting out there and doing it. x hope it goes well x

I definitely prefer running outside. try not to worry about anyone and what they are thinking of you. When I see people running I'm usually thinking that I should be running and they are fit and committed! Doesn't matter what they think anyway, it's for you! Get some music on and you won't even notice others

I've quit the pill, but not because of my weight. I was slowly losing weight before quitting and am still slowly losing weight afterwards. It's made no difference to me! Don't quit them JUST because of the weight because I've only got better since exercising regularly and sticking at the diet.

Congratulations! Me and hubby are going to start trying in New Year (hence why I want to lose as much weight as I can now!) as much as I'd love it to be sooner, I really don't want to be the third one haha! :happy:

Ok, I've put my weight in, I'm usually quicker than that, honest! Only put on 3/4lb on holiday which really isn't as bad as I thought, sorry for the gain but will lose next week :)

I don't know anything about it but I would just remind everyone that fads, quick fixes and expensive "diets" and "plans" do not work! You will lose weight but there are so many stories of people putting it all and more back on. You must change your eating habits and lifestyle to lose weight and maintain weight loss

Wish I could lose more than these tiny amounts each week!!! Grrr! Well that's 1/4 of a lb down this week lol wish it was more. But for those who measure in stones and lbs (or if you're UK) then you'll understand that it's actually a great week, as that 1/4 of a lb put me UNDER 12 stone, which is great :)
