  • I have never been able to figure out what makes the motivation come and go. I had no problem sticking to the low carb Southbeach diet for a month. Then I went on vacation and gained. I came back and went back on it and lost what I gained but since then I have been out of control. It is so discouraging!
  • T his is a great tool - when you use it. I belong to TOPS and this just is a daily reinforcement of what I am doing right or wrong. Good luck. I am struggling with staying away from sugar.
