I add egg whites right into my oatmeal while cooking it!! SOO good...makes your bowl of oatmeal huge, and you get the protein without having to eat a pile of egg whites :)

I use it all the time....i sub it for other oil in all of my baking, and i use it for saute'ing too. I also really like adding a spoon of it to my oatmeal in the morning :) YUM!

Feel free to add me, and I"ll do the same! I'm always looking for all the support I can get! I lost about 30 pounds last year, and then got lazy and gained it all back. I have over 50 pounds that I'd like to loose to reach my goal.
