Yes to cheese. I sprinkle 1oz of crumbled blue cheese on my salads every day as of late. Better than cheddar because I can actually taste its awesomeness. Just weigh out the cheese you want to eat, make sure it stays in the serving size on the package and in your macros and eat away.

LOVE almond milk. I started buying it years ago because I wanted to get calories down. I liked it so much that I quit drinking milk! Now I still use milk for baking and the like, but blech to actually just drinking a cup. Almond milk, for me, is delicious and low cal.

It's all sugars. Whether you are using agave, corn syrup, regular sugar, or cane syrup. Each one is just a little different in its makeup. Personally, I LOVE agave and use it in my iced tea. MMM

It's the quickest breakfast I know. I can make it in under 4 minutes, put it in a shaker bottle, and be out the door for work. Mine is always 1 scoop powder, 1 cup almond milk, frozen fruit, flax, and then cocoa powder or PB2 depending on what I want.
