You could be thirsty, try keeping busy and divert the thoughts. Easy to say though isnt it, bloomin hard isnt it

Not alot - im tidyish but the other half is a clean freak. You might get tangled in all the car charges and fall in to the pile of CDs in the dash. I suppose I could nibble on the cleaning clothes in the boot if I got hungry

Seeing a photo of myself and going arrrggh - Id like to like the photos with my family which I take for my kids memories and not feel like deleting them.

breakfast afterwards, lunch at work before I eat it, so I can plan dinner how much Ive got left - usually far more than I anticipated - if its more I play until Im happy - so either way I get a good feeling before I go home and dont have to count - time to relax and unwind.

Plenty of friends on here to keep you going. Totally understand about the time issue, I have 2 kids aged 9 and 12 and a Ma in Law with mild dementia and a work aholic for a hubby, this site keeps me on track. Please feel free to add me to your list.

Hi am 44 in August - nice and slim uk 12/ 14 untll baby no3 and more after baby 4, now 20 -24 was spoilt by very good hubby now need to sort this overweigh bit out. Need support too its not as easy losing as it was at 30.
