Mine don't. Even when I was about 50 pounds lighter than I am now (6.5 years ago), they were the same cup size, and I only went don't one band size. Do you want mine? I'm willing to give up half!

Chicken and veggie stir fry-without rice! I stir fry the veggies (onion, garlic, peppers, celery, one carrot cut into thin strips) in a little lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and add the chicken (also cut into thin strips). Without the rice, it's low cal.

I am far from the maintenance stage, but if you can maintain eating 2000+ calories a day, then just split that up into smaller meals and include fresh fruits and veggies.
