hey mike,I wouldn't consider milk,coffee,or tea as water,although coffee and tea has water in them.But i do suggest water based fruit like watermelon to help you with your daily water intake.You are on top of it when it comes to your Crystal light and water.I do suggest you do keep a large 64 oz. or larger mug of ice water…

I don't have any recipes on okra.But i do suggest slicing them and putting them in a fresh pot of homemade vegetable soup.I have had it that way and it is delicious.And the okra won't be sliming you can also add small pasta or barley to it to help fill you more,to add fiber.I hope this helps.:happy:
