if you have digital cable there are free exercise workouts on demand there. also, just get outside and move around. Run, go for a hike or a bike ride. Any activity is better than none, just because you dont have a gym doesnt mean you cant stay active.

well, Utz snack foods are almost all gluten free, check the packaging. However, they are just your regular chips/pretzels/cheese poofs. It might be worth looking into.

I can't believe from your pics you are trying to lose 50 pounds? how tall are you? I think you shouldnt worry about stretch marks once you get in shape, we are young, and it seems like there is very little loose skin.

contrary to MollyK, (sorry) but I have had some good luck with vitamin creams. I use it once in a while, started when I started seeing some stretch marks on my biceps after weightlifting for a couple years. I dont think creams are necessary though, it will however take time to go away, if you do get marks. Maybe start…
