Machine vs MFP
Okay, so at the gym, the treadmills/bikes/ellipticals all give you calorie burned info. All of these machines say I burn more per minute than what MFP says I should be. 20lbs down
Well today I weighed in at less than I have in probably 6 years. Im an even 250, 20lbs less than what I started MFP at, probably closer to 40 lbs down from when I started working out a few years ago. Hope everyone is doing well out there, we can do it!
