I always say that as much as it kills me that my almost 3yo does just fine when I drop him off at "school" (daycare) it would kill me even more if he clung to me and cried. Trust me, yes I also have an almost 16yo son, that seems to hate me most days. Love em while they are little while it is still easy....

maybe I misunderstood the original post but I took the book to be more of a lesson in eating when your body needs food and NOT eating when you are mad, stressed, tired, bored or because everybody else is eating. OP, is that correct? I guess I am doing something wrong because I try to only eat when my tummy growls and I…

It all comes down to what you select in the set up (as I said in my post) exercise IS factored in. Sedentary = Little or no exercise Somewhat Active = Light exercise 1 - 3 days a week Moderately Active = Moderate exercise or sports 3 - 5 days a week Very Active = Hard exercise or sports 6 - 7 days a week Extremely Active =…

I was referring to the walking as being part of the daily routine. Obviously going to the gym would be logged. Edited to say: For the record.... if, during your set up, you select: Very active as your activity level it DOES factor in exercise BMR x 1.725-hard exercise/sports 6 - 7 days/week

Here is a good quote..... " you can conquer almost any fear if you will only make up your mind to do so. For remember, fear doesn't exist anywhere except in the mind."

I sing ring around the rosie and rock a bye baby to my 2 year old. Well rounded children see/hear good and bad things and are not completely sheltered by over protective parents. Teachable moments people.... life is not all rainbows and puppies.

My mom would freak out when we would take a flower and sing "mamma had a baby and its head fell off" and pop the flower off the stem.... we thought it was hysterical as children but we obviously didn't want anybodies head to fall off.
-
kids just sing words.... they give them no meaning. The parents give the lyrics meaning.

hahaha! this really did make me laugh out loud!
