Hey guys. I'm just getting started myself.(actually this is day five). I have never been on a diet a day in my life and now trying to live off of 1600 calories a day is tough. It will pay off though. My wife has been supportive. <sarcasm> She brought home ice cream,coke and pizza hut pizza for dinner. I ate spinach.
