  • I can answer this one, it runs on the regular Wii, it has a knee strap that you strap the Wii controller into and it tracks your movements that way. It's great. I just upgraded to the Wii U and plan on getting the Wii Fit U game soon.
  • Chia seeds, I put them in yogurt, oatmeal, shakes. Full of fiber and other nutrients. I LOVE them.

  • amen, all that money thrown at a crappy expensive shake could be used for a nice pair of running sneakers or something more useful. You want a smoothie buy a good whey protein powder and add fruits.
  • I use the fat free powdered kind, I don't like my coffee dark soI use 3 teaspoons and it' sonly 30 calories. I realized I was doing the same as you and had to stop. You could also get the Coffee Mate individual little cups of coffee creamer those are also 10 calories each.

  • anyone can do that their first week on any low calorie/fat diet. It's water weight. I have a hard time believing any of these overpriced shakes. The only ones I ever see support it are the ones trying to get people to buy it through them. You can get a low cost shake anywhere that can do the same thing.
  • You aren't eating them right, you gotta put them in the microwave for 10 to 12 seconds and they come out awesome! only way to eat any of them! I take one to work with me everyday to keep me away from the candy bars.

  • Bring some Fiber One Chocolate cereal in a baggie it's so good even dry! I don't usually bring anything and I don't get a drink because I have a small bladder and I'll have to go during the movie lol

  • I've tried it and it's pretty good and filling but expensive. It's made of all natural ingredients and no preservatives so you have to keep it frozen or in the fridge to keep fresh.

  • I bought the Red Velvet tonight and OMG yum! I found them at Stop & Shop they were on a display in the cereal aisle.
