I am on almost everyday...add me if you want. Good Luck.

You feed muscle...the more you have, usually the better metabolism. Fat is just stored ...well, fat. (energy)

1 egg isn't really a lot of protein, neither is peanut butter. Milk products (milk, cottage cheese, string cheese, greek yogurt) are good. I try to have a Adkins shake or Myoplex lite after working out (under 200 calories and low sugar) Jimmy Dean D-Lite sandwiches have 17 grams and are under 300 calories for breakfast.…

me too...such theory ;0)

I keep Emeralds Cocoa almonds around. They are just dusted with cocoa but it kills the sweet craving. OR, 100 calorie kettle corn

Contrary to what you may expect, I completely agree with you. I have a really hard time losing (always have) but I have to accept that. I do 300 min of cardio per week, blah blah blah but I know if I differ from MY plan, BOOM, I could be up 2 lbs in a week if not careful. When I gain, sure, I am pissed...but, if I look…

the sad part is that this is an obvious "mess up" but the Chicken Harvest salad at Corner Bakery is almost 900 calories and it is grilled chicken, apples, nuts, blue cheese and a balsamic. Sometimes eating out is like Russian Roulette :) :noway:

nice work!!

Flattering, yes! Be careful though, it is common for "model recruiters" to find girls that aspire to model and it is for raunchy underwear and porn type stuff. My neighbor was an underwear print model and it can get pretty sketchy

personally, I would just ask him ahead of time. Honesty always works for me so I would just say something like "I want to make sure you wouldn't mind if I ordered something other than pizza because I don't want to assume and I don't eat pizza, however, I still want to join you. If he acts weird, just ask for a separate…

sweet potato fries (baked)? make your own pizza so you can add what you like...we like using pitas It is kind of like feeding a toddler (sorry)...baby carrots in a bit of butter with nutmeg and cinnamon taste like candied carrots good luck! I have a 6 and 8 yr old and we eat fruit a lot as a side with dinner over veggies…

We keep sugar free Koolaid ( I prefer grape) in the fridge for the fam. Kids don't want just water and milk so it is a little sweet treat and only 5 calories...better than the 150 soda :) I also drink herbal tea at my desk and powerade zero for workouts. I try not to waste calories on drinks except for milk or an…

I go from 36 DD to 34 D...I feel ya! Also, do push-ups (regular or modified) to keep them "perky"...trust me, it works
-
if you add all the activity calories, you are probably close to that. I get 1200 but I have better results when I burn about 500 per day and eat a total of 1500-ish.

the special K shakes are yummy but have a ton of sugar. I eat carbs but watch my sugar so I avoid them
-
I go to the gym early so I have one after my workout...I prefer the daybreak ones.

I don't usually have a hard time with feeling full but I have done Weight Watchers a few times so my meal planning isn't too bad. Try to eat as few items that are processed as possible. I see people (I have not looked at your diary) with 100 calorie snacks galore and "diet meals" that are full of salt that are usually…

your abs are the counter muscle to your back. Most people with poor posture really have weak stomach muscles, not weak backs. I was in the Navy so I have the straight back thing down pat...not the strong abs :0)

I agree with the gum, vitamins etc but any food I try to break down. I also do not log water since I drink as ton and any activity that is part of my day (ie. cleaning, laundry, going up stairs etc)

split the difference.

I like 100 calorie kettle corn. I use it in my lunch instead of chips but it is good anytime. I also satisfies any "munchy" craving because of the hand to mouth repetition (used to smoke too)
-
I get the Adkins shakes (160 calories and 1 gram of sugar) foe after the gym because I go at 5:30 so 7 am is too early for me to eat a full meal but I am starving. I have that and then something else around 10. They are 15 grams of protein which is more than the Slimfasts. I have noticed a huge change by cutting sugar (not…

Where is your protein??? you need it for muscle rowth and repair...a single serving (4 oz) of cottage cheese or greek yogurt has 11-16 grams of protein and 150 calories or less. a 93% lean quarter pound burger is only 170 calories and 20+ grams of protein for some chicken and fish alternatives
-
milk or greek yogurt, almonds, guac, hummus, cheese, ---all can be low fat, low sugar and high protein. I only get 1200 calories but I usually eat half of my exercise calories back.
-
I do a lot of cardio so if I do not hit 100 oz for the day., I will drink a powerade zero. Grape is the best...not overly sweet and strawberry makes me want to gag
-
Many times...Everything is process. I have lost (and found) 30 lbs at least 3 times. The "trick" is to keep going. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will you. I try to "feed my machine" and "work my machine" (trust me I am not some crazy lady...just trying to stay motivated) try something on that was tight before an…

I always visualize in what I like to call "cartoon world"...ya know, like "a moment on the lips, forever on the hips" or "you'll turn in to a cheese puff" It gets me through and brings me back to reality :) But now, you have exhausted this excuse...tomorrow is fresh
-
I eat yogurt or cheese or cottage cheese instead of drinking it. Personally, I want something to chew on instead of drinking it

I have never ever ate bad one day and woke up with a visibly fatter *kitten*. Sometimes the rest is what our body actually needs. My special time will be here in about 24 hours (ohhh... can hardly wait) but I tend to indulge a little but then lose my appetite when I have it. It will all equal out.

I try to workout in the AM so I have an Adkins protein shake after the gym (it's like a slimfast w/o the sugar) around 7:15 around 10-10:30 I wll have either light vanilla yogurt w/ berries or oatmeal lunch around 1pm...varies but I usually try to pick something for the week. Cuts down on waste/what I need to buy and tends…
