I wear a 36DD and I use either Champion or the Victorias Secret (the one with the underwire in the sports section NOT the push up cleavage one---seriously WTF?? who wants propped boobs during exercise??) I like to work out in the gym because i keep going in case I see someone I know. BUT...I will NOT jog because I can't get the idea of my butt flopping up and down out of my mental vision. I only go on the track if it is about 5 am and there is no one really out there

I always buy 1 lb bags (there are 4 in our family) so I know we are all getting 4 oz if I divide it evenly. That way it doesn't matter what size I buy :)

do you have high blood pressure? My resting is 46 ( I am overweight though) but my hubby and I can be on ellipticals going the same rate with same resistance and his will go up to the 180's and mine is at 135-145. I have a low HR and low BP. He has high BP but is a normal weight...don't know, that's all I got :)

Personally, I like incline but I would work on the speed first (heart rate up) and add the incline once you have that mastered. I walk at 3.9mph at 10% incline (I am 5 foot 1) and I end up a slimy sweat mess. I can walk for an hour but I cannot run for an hour. Good Luck!

both ...lol I get Crystal Farms light string cheese. It is 50 calories and I can eat it on the way to work or at my desk. Light string cheese is usually 50-75 calories, has some protein and is yummy. (I DO live in WI) and are generally 1 oz.

I listen to more dance/hip hop because I do mostly cardio. Pitbull (anything) LMFAO Afrojacks Black Eyes Peas I also have some old mixes from DJs in Chicago that get me going. I usually look to see if there is a remix or bass version of the pop songs I like

I usually have 100 calorie kettle corn, cocoa dusted almonds OR (I love ice cream) mini mint ice crem sandwiches (maybe 120 cal) or the ____ churned (forget the name) Edy's ice cream is 90 calories or so for a half cup. I also put it in a small coffee cup so I don't focus on how little a half cup really is.:wink:

I haven't read the rest of these but we throw frozen chicken in the crock pot with Rotel tomatoes all day...eat on tortillas after shredding OR throw frozen chicken in crockpot, add bbq sauce at the end for pulled chicken sandwiches.
