  • if i do overnight oatmeal (which i tried for the first time last night) i use almond milk (water if i'm cooking them in the morning)...i haven't even thought about Greek yogurt. There was enough liquid in the yogurt for the oats?
  • i made some today using skinnytaste.com, except i had to do some substitutions (rolled oats instead of instant, frozen fruit instead of bananas, etc) it was really great! main ingredients 1/4cp rolled oats 1/2 cup almond milks 1/2 tbl chia seeds (i added 1 tsp of raw sugar) anything else you'd like to add: fruit, nuts, etc…
