The black one looks really good, seems to flow over your body better...now, what shoes, and how are you doing your hair?

If you are really on a budget, try goodwill fist, then consignment shops, then yard sales.

1200 here too. Have been since end of June, showing a 15 lb loss. It does not matter what I set my goal to be, it is always 1200.00 It also does not matter what I say I weigh, the 1200.00 calories a day does not adjust up, it adjusts down, even at my goal weight without increasing the number of work outs (4x week, 45…

The issue at the gym is really baffling and I can see why it could affect you, if you decide to let it. You've handled the food issues and living arrangements well enought to have a 10 pound loss, and that's big--don't minimize it. YOU have taken control, now KEEP it. You can do it!

Great NSV! If we did not have a goodwill and other thrift stores I would be in dire straits-can't afford the mall in the middle of my weightloss, even though I've lost 2 sizes.

There are also heat packs you can put on the area that will keep it hot/warm. You might find relief from that. Maybe do some very light work with shoulder rolls, back, arms at side, while…

You have to repeat the same info on the job application because that is the employers document, not yours via resume. When you sign an application you are stating the info is true. No such sig on the resume.

Hi, I still use assisted machine for pull ups and dips. I've been doing strong lifts for 6 weeks. I Every week I add less weight to the machine so I can progress. Being not quite 5 feet tall, I too have the problem w/ the Bench press, as to where to put my feet. On the floor makes me arch way too much and strains my lower…

Yes, I noticed this in the first month for sure---it seemed to really be an issue in the beginning. Not as much now--I am doing more stretching, and foucsing some stretching on the hip flexors which really are wacked out when you sit as long as you and I do.

^^^ THIS is the way.

^^^ This for me, though it's not like crazy, but it finally moves the scale.

So far I have had no pain at all from the collar, and it has allowed me to move up in weights, despite my traps not yet being as built as they should be. It's a tool that works for me, and it takes away the pain on my traps.
