For cardio: Netsky - Memory Lane, amazing trance track, beautiful and you get lost in it For lifting: heh... I listen to some serious metal when lifting. anything by Killswitch Engage, As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada, Miss May I, Lamb Of God, Soilwork, etc. Not everyone's taste I understand, but really gets me going…

This. Hit my macros, ~40 g of fiber, micronutrients, and the leftover macros go to the yummy snacks (usually only 300-400)

Oh man it's so bad... I used to lift at my university gym, and every leg day, without fail... ugh. Needless to say I don't lift there anymore

It is not true that the body can only process "x" amount of protein in one sitting. Our ancestors from 100,000 years ago would have been pretty screwed if they couldn't process the massive quantities of meat they would consume in one sitting from a successful hunt, as they had to go days without any quite frequently. These…

Definitely goal dependent. If you're doing some form of resistance training you're going to want a higher protein intake than someone who is not. Also some people respond better to more carbs vs. fat and vice versa, you have to find what works best for you through trial and error.

Depends what I'm doing in the gym. Lifting: Metal -Killswitch engage, Lamb Of God, As I Lay Dying, The Devil Wears Prada, Miss May I, Pantera, Parkway Drive, etc. Cardio/abs: EDM, mostly drum and bass, dubstep, and glitch hop. No house for this guy

Completely incorrect, that is a myth. Eating too many calories without burning them over an extended period of time is what stores fat. You could eat 100% of your daily caloric allowance right before bed (although I wouldn't recommend it) and it would make no difference, as long as you hit your numbers by the end of the…

Well, sauces and such I'd definitely log, they add up. But personally I do not count fibrous vegetables, i.e. broccoli, spinach, onion, pepper... As long as I consume reasonable amounts. Then again, I'm currently trying to gain weight... but even when I was on a fat loss plan, I didn't get too crazy with counting the…

I've met girls who are 28 and act like they're 18, and vice versa. So it's case by case for me. But probably not anyone over 35 I would guess, you never know though

Squats, and deadlifts. And squats. You can bet that those girls with the awesome butts you see in the gym are doing their compound lower body movements :)

If the scale remained the same and you are noticing you have more muscle, that means you lost fat and gained some muscle, there really isn't much more you can ask for. I'd start keeping track of your waist measurement, (taken around the navel and not the hips) week to week, the scale is deceiving and not always a good…
