I like to eat pistachios at night. A 1/2 cup in the shells is only 160 calories and they are pretty filling. Another nighttime snack that I enjoy is the Smart Foods 100 calorie packs of white cheddar popcorn, really yummy and you get a good amount in each bag! I hope this helps.
