  • I buy the whole wheat pita the entire pita is 150 calories. I use it as a crust for bar b que chicken pizza or roasted vegetable pizza. I keep a batch of roasted vegetables in the frig, then its just a matter of adding sauce and low-fat cheese to the pita and baking. I hope this helps.

  • Hi Carol, I feel the same way. I need someone looking over my shoulder and holding me accountable. I do great by myself for about a week and then start to fall back to my old habits. I will hold you accountable if you will do the same for me. I have been on MFP for about a week now and really love the supportive attitudes.
