  • I would do a taco salad. Lettuce, tomato, cheese (optional), veggies, blackbeans, pico, etc. You can eat a lot for little calories as long as you avoid that super tempting fried taco shell!!   • I actually feel at my slimmest when I am really good about drinking lots of water. When I'm coming up to a weigh in or an event, I drink tons of water and feel like it flushes me and keeps me from snacking too much.   • I do Swiss Miss hot cocoa (the sugar free kind/25 calories), Chocolate Coffee, Vitamin World Chocolate Protein shake (yum!), or do a sugar-free chocolate fudge bar. They are all really low in calories and you get the chocolate fix you need. Needless to say, I like chocolate too... :drinker:
  • Yeah... just dont' overload- only do the recomended. I have done too much and enjoyed the results- but once you stop its not worth it. Your body doesn't know how to handle without it.
