  • Blurry picture. Finally got around to trying Fathead Pizza. *Drool* Bacon, mushrooms, chicken, and mozzarella.
  • So I have my goals with MFP to lose 1 pound per week. It sets me at 2060 calories/day. I never eat that many but that's my "allowance". I'm 5'7" and around 290 currently. I'm at 5% carbs--26g, 30% protein--155g, and 65% fat--149g.

  • I made ground turkey meatballs and mini meatloafs last night. Just add a little egg and breadcrumbs and seasoning. I baked the meatballs and put them in marinara sauce to eat over spaghetti squash. The mini meatloafs I just put in a little muffin tins and baked them. Eat with a little hot sauce or ketchup on top. Yummy!
