happens to me too but I've never let the naseau get the best of me. I hold back like that pill is worth a million dollars lol. Normally taking with food helps me too. absolutely motivates! But I will say that im an emotional eater so when im super happy about losing 15 lbs and my clothes are looking so good on me I have a tendency to allow for bad behavior regarding food and exercise. Eeek!
