Great question... and great answers!!! Thanks for posting :) Edited to add: I like to add 3 ounces Greek vanilla yogurt to a few Tbs. of light Cool Whip and mix it into a heap of fresh fruit. Makes a nice treat!!!

I've been on Armour Thyroid or NatureThroid since 2006. It is not synthetic and feeds the thyroid instead of taking over for it like Levoxil and Synthroid. I would count it... I like to use an herbal or decaf tea and brew it in my coffee maker with a few dried stevia leaves. You get the benefit of the herbs and water without the sugar or artificial sweetener, and can still have sweet tea! For me, one tea bag is enough for a 12 cup coffee maker.
