Good for you!! Way to kick the door open on that old habit and declare, "YOU DON'T LIVE HERE ANYMORE!"

I like this one. http://www.essentialapparel.com/champion-womens-360-max-support-sports-bra.html?gclid=CLzhxt-V8rQCFQY5nAodsEUANw and I've heard rave reviews about this one: http://www.amazon.com/Enell-High-Impact-Sports-Bra/dp/B000IWEJDE/ref=pd_sim_sbs_indust_1 I feel your pain! I can't tell you how many I tried on before…

WooHoo!! Congrats!

HI! I've never tried them but I'm wondering why you would want to continue something that you obviously don't like? My hope for you would be that your journey toward fitness and good health would be marked by things that you enjoy, not things that you are just trying to survive. Maybe you've dropped at good chunk of change…

I went to my very first Zumba class tonight and made it all the way thru without anyone asking me if I was having a seizure...I count that as a definite victory! :-)

I would DEFINITELY report him to his supervisor! Regardless of his personal feelings about the potential someone has for success based solely on appearance (which in and of itself makes him a giant DB!), you just don't say things like that to people! And if he owns the place, I would wager a bet that he'll be out of…

Great job, Girlie! I never have measured myself thru this whole process. Maybe I should (???) for those times that the scale JUST...WON'T...BUDGE...it could be a tangible way to track progress. Hmmm....maybe I will!

Gwen Shamblin's book "The Weigh Down Diet" is based on this premise. My BFF lost 150 lbs that way. .

Way to go! You look fantastic!

I'm so sorry! A broken heart is just as painful (if not more so!) than a broken bone. Honor your feelings and grieve for the lost relationship and all the "what might have been's". But try to hang on to the fact that feelings are fickle and that you are an amazing resiliant person! Your ex's bad choices/behavior is NOT a…

That's fantastic! I can totally imagine that same scenario in our home! HA! Congrats on the weight loss!

My NSV for today: I took the stairs instead of the elevator...4 flights down and 4 flights back up. I haven't done that in ages and I was sucking some serious wind when I got to the top, but by golly I did it! And I'm going to do it again tomorrow...and the next day...and the next...

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement! It is so appreciated!

WTG! I just hit ONE-derland myself this past Sunday. Isn't it an awesome feeling ?!? Congrats! Keep up the good work!

<big pat on the back> Way to go! You should be very proud!

Great job! Keep it up! Someone posted these words in their success story that I read a couple days ago (I can't remember their screen name or I'd give them proper credit...but I digress) and they really resonated with me: "If I keep moving one small pebble at a time eventually I will have moved a mountain." So keep on…

Congratulations! You look amazing! I'm 5'3 and started at 234. I"ve lost 35 lbs so far and my goal is 130. You are an inspirations! Thank you for sharing your success :)

Congrats to you! Keep up the great work! I wear scrubs everyday to work and they are pretty forgiving and all of the pants tie at the waist so I just keep tying them tighter. As far as my regular/non-work clothes go, I have re-discovered that section of my closet that housed all the clothes I haven't been able to wear for…
