  • Hi Sarah, My suggestion is to sign up for a running race. Then you're focused on meeting weekly goals and ultimately finishing the race, not on the weight loss.   • I agree with Kimo. I've found Vinyasa yoga and weight lifting to be complimentary as well. Although, I stick to the classes that have a normal room temperature or are slightly heated.
  • Splenda makes me crave sugar even more than sugar does!! Which might explain why it's tough for you to lose weight. Try Stevia. It's all natural. The French Vanilla -which you can find at Whole Foods- is yummy!!
