Thank you everyone. I am fighting a sinus infection that has been causing so much pain. I tried to keep doing Insanity but I felt worse after. I will take a break then restart where I left off once I feel better. Your suggestions were much appreciated.

I am currently in week six and plan to restart it once I complete the 8 weeks.
