i just quit smoking at the end of February this year... it wasn't by choice really....i caught a cold that turned into bronchitis and was in bed for two days. after not being able to smoke for a week without choking i decided i would just not smoke anymore...it really wasnt that bad for the cravings for me, but i DID GAIN…

great question that i need answered too!! today i walked 3.6 miles( @ about 3mph) around the bike trail near our house. i have always been fine walking, but i was a smoker unitl february of this year and have NEVER been able to run. i tried a little jogging today during my walk, but was only able to jog lightly for maybe…

For the past 20 years I have been working part time as a Cashier at the local gas station...it has been independantly owned by the same man for 32 years. During the time i have been there i have gotten married and had 3 children! all of them are now teenagers!

i had a really bad day today...no excersize and ate an extra 1500 calories!! i couldnt kill the cravings i had today...i just finished logging in my food for the day and it told me "if every day were like today..." i would GAIN 10 pounds in 5 weeks!!!! talk about putting things into perspective! :ohwell:
