I had been doing really well and had lost about 8lbs (that was what was showing consistently on the scale) and then my boyfriend came back to the East Coast (he's in school in LA) and we went to NYC and ate and ate. arg! i've just started loosing weight and the first place it has come from is my boobies! They look a little smaller than they used to... but thanks to all my push up bras I doubt anyone will notice. I think that i look thinner and more in shape when they get smaller. Hurrah for all the pluses of loosing a little weight!

I can totally NOT trick myself into not eating something with no amount of mind games. What I used to do was if I had taken a big bowl of something and then decided I didn't want it but couldn't stop, I would shake salt all over it.
